Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships, including tracking information.

Shipping Time Standard shipping typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location. Because we work with specialty Korean skincare formulations, some items ship from our international fulfillment partners — this allows us to bring you authentic, high-quality ingredients at a fair price, but does mean shipping takes a bit longer than typical domestic orders. We appreciate your patience.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.

Delays While we do everything we can to ship promptly, occasional delays can happen due to customs processing or high order volume. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@renukoplus.com and we'll look into it right away.
